1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Options and Fees

Shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout, based on your location and the delivery option selected.
You can choose between Standard, Express, or Tracked shipping (depending on availability).

3. Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment):

France (domestic):

  • Standard: 3 to 5 business days

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Use the tracking link provided to check your delivery status.

5. Accuracy of Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.
Delissea-Pure is not responsible for delays, losses, or returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you.
You may choose to:

  • Have the package re-shipped (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • Receive a refund, minus the original shipping costs.
